5. Do you have a positive mental attitude? You'll be tested all along the way.
   
   
6. Do you have patience? You need patience and a realistic short-term survival plan to keep money coming in.
   
   
7. Are you able to master your emotions? Can you handle rejection without taking it personally?
   
   
8. Do you consider yourself a Leader? Do you have leadership qualities? Everything hinges on leadership. If not, these are skills you can learn.
